Your appointment with our staff at The Cosmo Studio is very important and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes your schedule calls for adjustments; therefore, we request that you give us at least 24 hours notice of any changes.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Any reservation/appointment that give less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Any “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 2 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
We kindly ask that our clients arrive on time for their appointments to avoid delay. We offer a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. After 10 minutes from your appointment time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge your account.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our guests on our waiting list of any availability, as well as keeping our staff schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. The Cosmo Studio policies are presented and provided in the best quality of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
